This high-end lighting product is a small, compact module that is unrivalled in terms of its function and flexibility. Both the development and manufacture of the corner module are carried out at Aspöck's largest production site in Portugal.
A module consists of three chambers, each of which is supplied with high-power RGB LEDs. All 256 colours can be displayed – three different static or dynamic colours can even be displayed at the same time. The modular system is designed for corner mounting or grouped mounting.
Additional areas of application promote the classic direction indicator and warning signal light with its compact dimensions of 117 x 72 x 35 millimetres as a condition, function and status light. It is supplied with an integrated 3-pin AMP Superseal connector. IBL I operates within an ambient temperature range of -40 to +85°C and allows a supply voltage range of 9 to 36 volts. The module complies with the requirements of the European standard ISO 18497:2021, which defines the safety of highly automated agricultural machinery. Its degree of protection is rated IP6K9K.
Data is connected via the LIN-BUS serial communication system. Self-addressing simplifies the installation and commissioning process. The software can map customer-specific application solutions, whether in operation or monitoring. Its visual presence is once again a tribute to safety, as IBL I allows automated or autonomous machines to communicate with their working environment.
